Shipping Policy

Processing time
Orders are picked and packed on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. Most leave the warehouse within one to two business days of the order being placed. Orders placed at the weekend enter the queue on the following Monday.

These are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees. Weather, customs and peak periods can add time.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you when the parcel is collected. It can take up to 24 hours for the first scan to appear, so do not worry if the link shows nothing at first. If your tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, write to us and we will chase it.
International orders, duties and taxes
Where international delivery is available, any import duty, VAT, GST or customs handling fee charged by the destination country is the responsibility of the recipient. These are set by your government, not by us, and we cannot estimate them in advance. Parcels refused at customs and returned to sender are refunded minus the outbound shipping cost.
Wrong address
Check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately — if the order has not shipped we can usually correct it. Once a parcel has left the warehouse the address cannot be changed, and a parcel returned because of an incorrect address will incur a reshipping charge.
Damaged or missing parcels
Damaged on arrival: email a photograph within 7 days and we will replace the order at no cost. Marked delivered but not received: check with neighbours and your local depot first, then contact us and we will open a carrier investigation.
Storage after delivery
Keep Leptozan in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight, and out of reach of children. Do not use the product after the expiry date printed on the bottle.
