Short version: we collect the minimum we need to answer your questions and run this website, we do not sell your data to anyone, and you can ask us to delete what we hold by writing to support@official-leptozan.com.
This policy explains what happens to your information when you visit official-leptozan.com or contact us. It applies to this website only. If you place an order, part of the process happens on a checkout page operated by our authorised retail partner, and their own privacy policy governs what they collect there.

We do not ask for and do not want your payment card details. Those are entered on our retail partner's encrypted checkout and never reach us.

- To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations where they apply.
What we never do

How long we keep it
Support correspondence is kept for up to 24 months so we can pick up a thread if you write again. Server logs are kept for a shorter period for security purposes. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, or to object to how we use it. Email support@official-leptozan.com and we will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity first so that we do not hand your information to someone else.
Children
Leptozan is sold to adults. This website is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage for a reasonable period.
